NOTARY PUBLIC APPLICATION & RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Create or Sign into your A.N.S. Notary Profile click here or if you would like to use a fillable pdf click here
- Select your bond and which supplies you are ready to order.
- Once we receive your request we will write your state required $10,000 notary surety bond and send it to you via email with a link to the state site and filing instructions.
- On the state site you will link to, or create, a personal SecureAccess Washington profile. This is where you file your signed notary bond and notarized application (application is only necessary for new or expired commissions), and pay state licensing fees. (you may also apply for electronic & remote endorsements at this time)
- The state will email you when your notary license is ready to print. You will have to sign back into your profile to print your notary license. The state no longer automatically mails a hard copy of notary licenses.
- If you have pre-ordered your supplies simply send us a copy of your notary license via email at license@ans-inc.net or fax 425-271-6396.
if you didn’t pre-order your supplies you can order them at this time. Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days via USPS.
